A tutorial..... of sorts.

Description

Here's a bit of a tutorial for those who want to do late war Japanese birds....

The rule of this tutorial is this: Dark before light, and it wouldn't be bad to have a standard brush, and thinner on you...
YES, I said standard brush, because an airbrush will not work in this case, and here's why : because on some birds sporting this camo, you may, or may not notice the little slivers of color, and that's where the standard brush comes in. First you apply the dark green ( or Japanese green) to your bird, then with a Standard brush, you apply the silver, or aluminum..... in a bit of a spiderweb pattern ( meaning, you start one line, and you branch out accordingly. ) it may take a while, but it's worth it. .. and at the end of the day, you will have a rather unique looking bird on you.

BUT................

if you're not using natural metal, the rule is reversed: You add the IJN Grey first, then you add the green mottle in a bit of a splatter pattern ( meaning that you paint short streaks of Japanese green at random )
